Blossom

The lovely white hedgerow blossom of the blackthorn is becoming more visible this month, but the blossom I am most looking forward to is the pink cherry and apple blossom later in the spring. We have one small peach tree that has probably only produced half a dozen fruits in its life but it does give us some great blossom. Usually it gets caught by the frost or a bug of some sort but to be honest it's definitely worth having the plant for the few weeks of dainty pink blossom it gives us.
