This time of year is one of my favourites. I love soft fruit especially plums and damsons. We planted our own damson tree last year. It was so pretty in the spring with blossom and now it has produced us some beautiful fruits.
I shall save some for the obligatory and ever popular crumble, but think I'll combine them with our plums to make some jars of plum/damson jelly.
