Delicious squidgy Millionaires shortbread

Sometimes a really sweet, delicious millionaires shortbread or caramel slice is needed with a good cup of coffee! It is a real treat but if you’re vegan or dairy free they are quite hard to get. So on the hunt for some deliciousness my daughter found a recipe! Even better is that she actually made it. It is very, very good.
