OOps....thought this had posted but apparently not!
I must admit I haven’t done much this year expect buy a few pumpkins. I plan to roast them with plenty of seasoning and then adding to a curry or soup. The chickens are very happy to have the remains!
What do you like to make with pumpkin? Fancy trying a “Carrot” cake but with grated pumpkin.
