Iced coffee

Every year around Wimbledon tennis time I always seem to get the taste for an iced coffee!


My mum also enjoys this and I remember her making it around this time of year whilst growing up.

I’m pleased to say that my daughter has developed the taste too so we have definitely started a good family tradition.

Simply make a big pot of fresh coffee. Allow it to cool before putting in the fridge. We serve it in a tall glass with lots of ice and milk. Maybe add a little vanilla syrup if you prefer it sweeter. It’s very delicious and very refreshing!
