We are so lucky to have fresh eggs every day. So we add them to lots of dishes. Adding perfectly hard boiled eggs to a new potato salad is just the best. I also love using chives including the flowers. Delicious.

They are delicious. There are lots of other edible flowers in the garden too. They look so pretty in salads xx
