I love using the fruits from the garden and hedgerow to make jams, jellies and chutneys. On this particular occasion, in these peculiar times, I needed to gain some space from my freezer. I found two bags of fruit from last year (or even the year before!) and decided to make some jelly. The process is a bit time consuming but worth the wait for this rich, jewel like preserve.
