One of our favourite finds this summer has been these quick flat breads. So simple.....greek yogurt and self raising flour mixed to a dough. Leave it to settle for 15 minutes. Dry roast a few ground spices then mix into some olive oil. Once the dough has rested, roll each ball into thin rounds. Head Gardener cooked them on the bbq griddle for 3 mins each side. They may puff up, so just carefully press flat. Once cooked, brush with the flavoured oil, sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve warm with delicious dips or a greek salad. YUM.
