Ruby gooseberries

Last pickings from the weekend......green gooseberries are a lovely fruit and taste delicious, but there is something extra special about the colour and sweet flavour of ruby gooseberries.

I need to decide whether to use them in a jam, jelly, crumble, chutney or just freeze. Decisions, decisions :)
