Definitely a soup day today...weather has changed to wet and much cooler. However the garden is in great need of water so I’m not complaining.
I raided the fridge and freezer to make a family favourite, celery soup. This not only tastes delicious but is also very economical. I’ve added a few lardons found lurking at bottom of freezer & thought I’d finish a bag of peas off too. (Leave out the lardons for a vegan soup.) Once all ingredients are cooked in stock, whizz with a blender and serve. So easy!
