Tangy, bitter-sweet marmalade.

I find tremendous enjoyment with passing on recipes and seeing how others have a go with them. And last weekend was a triumph in that. The season for Seville oranges is quite short so over the last couple of weekends, as a family, we have had three batches of marmalade made in three different locations. I also had a message from my godmother saying that she too had made her yearly stash! So well done to everyone who managed to get Seville oranges for their lovely jars of golden jewelled preserves to last the year. So until next year......
