QUICK SMOKED MACKEREL PATE
This quick pate is great to serve for a light lunch or a starter.

Ingredients
1 pack smoked mackerel
2 tbsp cream cheese or creme fraiche or natural yogurt
a squeeze lemon juice
1 tsp horseradish sauce (optional)

Skin the mackerel and break up fish into a bowl.
Mash the fish with a fork removing any bones as you see them.
Mix in the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Add more cream cheese, or creme fraiche, or yogurt to create the desired flavour and consistency.
Chill before serving.
